1. Responsible entity

CINTA MK FUTURISTA LIMITADA, legal identification 3-102-862791, based in Heredia, Costa Rica, is responsible for information submitted through this website. Privacy questions may be sent to hola@addingagency.com.

2. Information you submit

The contact form asks for:

• your name and email address;
• company name, when supplied;
• the service area you want to discuss;
• the project or business information written in your message;
• your confirmation that you have read this notice.

If you contact AdDing by email, WhatsApp, or another linked platform, that channel also handles the information you choose to send under its own privacy terms.

3. How the information is used

Submitted information is used to review and respond to the request, understand possible project scope, maintain the resulting business correspondence, protect the form from abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Delivery and service providers

Contact submissions may be processed by the site’s hosting infrastructure and an email-delivery provider so the message can reach AdDing. These providers process information on behalf of the site according to their service terms and configured access. We do not sell contact-form information.

5. Abuse protection and technical data

The contact endpoint uses a hidden anti-bot field and a short, best-effort rate limit. Hosting and network infrastructure may also generate ordinary security and request logs such as timestamp, request path, and network address. Those logs are used for operation and abuse prevention, not to build advertising profiles.

6. Cookies and analytics

The current site implementation does not intentionally place advertising or behavioral-analytics cookies. If measurement tools that change this practice are added later, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before they are used.

7. Retention

Business correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, manage a resulting relationship, keep necessary records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. The in-memory form rate limit is temporary and is not a durable contact database.

8. Your choices

You may ask what contact information AdDing holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion when retention is not legally or operationally required. Send the request to hola@addingagency.com. We may need enough information to verify the request.

9. Security and changes

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission is risk-free. This notice will be revised if the website’s actual data practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
